About us

AllStar Products (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs this online store and sells electronics, desk and home essentials, home bar tools, drinkware, and gifts. You can reach us any time through our Contact Us page.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you’re younger, you may only use the site with a parent or guardian’s supervision and permission. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products accurately, including photos, descriptions, and colors. Screens vary, so small differences in color or measurements may occur. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we spot a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as stock problems, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, and if we do, you’ll be fully refunded.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers, and checkout is encrypted. We never see or store your full card details on our website.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Delivery time: about 5-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather or busy seasons.
  • You can follow your order any time on our Order Tracking page.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Cancelling or changing an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us through the Contact Us page. After 24 hours, the order may already be on its way, so we can’t guarantee a cancellation. You can still use our return policy once it arrives.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how returns work:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You pay the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In that case we cover it. Please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos so we can fix it quickly.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Accounts

You can create an account to track orders, save a wishlist and check out faster. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to hack or disrupt it, using bots or scrapers, submitting false information, or using the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the AllStar Products name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Product use and safety

Please read product instructions and care notes before use. Some items, like stainless steel barware or drinkware, have cleaning instructions (for example, hand wash only). We’re not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or by not following the instructions. Alcohol-related accessories are intended for adults of legal drinking age.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AllStar Products isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
